We have an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company. Capcium, a contract manufacturer for softgels with a new state of the art facility, is looking for an ERP Business Process Analyst to be part of our business growth. The ERP Business Process Analyst will participate in the process development and implementation of the ERP upgrades (Rootstock).  He/she will be involved in the Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Finance business process development and implementation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Serving as a liaison between IT Business Analyst, stakeholders, and users.
  • Aiding in the monitoring deliverables.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Gaining an understanding of Business processes.
  • Performing requirements analysis; documenting and communicating results.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Assisting in user acceptance testing.
  • Assisting in creation/updating of test scripts.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Assist the Senior Systems and Network Administrator and/or act as a back up:
    • Train new system users and set up their accounts.
    • Perform Level 1 tech support fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and application. Monitor central ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Participates in IT related projects when required.
  • Back up for this role is the IT Business Analyst.


  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of Rootstock or Salesforce experience or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in process mapping, an asset.
  • Knowledge in continuous improvement, an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Organizational skills.
