Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite) Duration-12 Months+ Must-have: 6+ years of experience as a BA/BSA 2+ years of experience on Agile projects Experience with Mobile and Online banking projects Proven ability to gather Business requirements and Systems requirements independently Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and gap analysis Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and systems specifications, business context diagrams and business process maps Experience working on large projects over $2 million Recent Banking experience Excellent communication skills required; will be working with BU stakeholders and IT stakeholders Excellent collaboration skills, and highly adaptable Strong knowledge of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation) Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline If interested please share resume directly @vidushis1@mindlance.com “Mindlance is an equal-opportunity employer. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience as a BA/BSA and 2 years of experience on Agile projects. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, along with recent banking industry experience.
