Application Deadline: 07/31/2026 Address: 100 King Street West Job Family Group: Wealth Sales & Service This role supports the Estate Insurance Advisory Services (EIASI) Sales and Operations teams by providing operational and administrative support, driving process improvements, and contributing to strategic initiatives. The position plays a key role in analyzing data, identifying efficiencies, and enhancing workflows, while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. It partners with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions, support change management, and improve overall operational effectiveness. Seeks, recognizes and acts upon opportunities to expand business relationships. Answers inquiries and provides accurate information about insurance products. Responds to information requests and follows established protocols. Resolves issues escalating as required. Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs. Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions. Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Analyzes customer service data and recommends changes to improve the service offered by the unit. Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities. Identifies process and service gaps and recommends improvements. Examines all official documents in advance of completing required forms to ensure appropriate authorization is available and follows established guidelines and procedures. Supports the development of tools and delivery of training focused on delivering business results. Integrates information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting. Follows established procedures in all communications with partners – by phone, e-mail or written – to ensure that compliance requirements are met for all scenarios. Creates and maintains computer records on all systems to ensure accuracy information. Recommends workflow improvements to deliver a more efficient operation. Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Works mostly independently. Qualifications: Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In‐depth knowledge about insurance practices. Working understanding of policy contract wording & interpretation. Verbal & written communication skills – English In-depth and French an asset Collaboration & team skills - In-depth. Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth. Influence skills - In-depth. This job posting is for a current vacancy. Salary: $42,500.00 - $78,900.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
