If you enjoy solving complex problems, building smart automation, and using data to improve performance, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Own and continuously optimize our HubSpot platform across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
- Design and build workflows, automations, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys.
- Develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales to improve the lead handoff process and increase MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Partner with IT and Data teams to lead the synchronization of data between HubSpot and other technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems to create a single source of truth that powers our CRM and sales and marketing operations.
- Build dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into marketing and sales performance.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize through testing and data.
- Work with IT and Data teams to ensure seamless integrations and high-quality CRM data.
- Stay ahead of new HubSpot capabilities and recommend innovative ways to improve our marketing engine.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
- Experience building workflows, automation, reporting, segmentation, and CRM architecture.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead management, and revenue funnels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and technical teams.
- HubSpot certifications are considered an asset.
- Experience in B2B, professional services, staffing, or recruitment is an asset.
