The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $75,700 - $99,300. The offered salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.
Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for an individual who is customer service-oriented and enjoys building relationships to support our Service Retention team. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager of Service Process Development & Retention.
The selected candidate will implement, support, and assist in sustaining industry-leading parts and service processes to enhance dealer performance and customer satisfaction at the retail level.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Coach, train and present to dealers to help implement and maintain process Parts & Service standards
- Maintain consistent communication with Dealership, Zone & internal TCI staff, building strong support relationships with stakeholders
- Design, develop, and produce industry-leading Parts and Service programs, manuals, literature and guides
- Develop, upgrade and maintain all areas of dealership processes through collaboration with Zone Offices across Canada and our dealership partners
- Act as a subject matter expert for inter-departmental activities
- Assist with TCI's Parts and Service development programs through creation and delivery of presentations, reporting and field staff training
- Maintain and upgrade After Sales operations publications (i.e. operations manuals, policy and procedure manuals, program forms, bulletins and publications)
- Develop and maintain Parts and Service operational metrics, records and reports including periodic analysis
- Manage key After Sales projects from initial planning to launch in partnership with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Dealer Technology, Marketing, Sales, Connected Vehicle Technologies, etc.)
- Assist department management with objectives, budget, reports, presentations, etc.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bilingual in French and English is a requirement
- University Degree/College Diploma in Business or a related discipline
- Valid G Driver’s License holder
- 5 years’ experience in retail Automotive Parts and/or Service Operations
- 2 years’ experience at the automotive wholesale level is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build successful partnerships
- High proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, etc)
- Strong DMS and CRM knowledge/background is an asset
- Strong data analysis proficiency is an asset
- Strong time management, organizational & administrative skills
- Proven ability to initiate and improve work processes to increase efficiencies
- Willing to travel within Canada
- Open to relocation to Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal or Halifax is an asset
