Job Title: Replenishment and Customer Service Supervisor
*Summary: *
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, The Replenishment and Customer Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Replenishment and Customer Service Team including working with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure forecasts are accurate, customers know minimum orders, orders lead times are sufficient, and production and logistics departments can meet orders.
Job Duties:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy by analyzing market trends, product sales performance, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
· Determine sales trends, minimum order and stocking levels, and replenishment paths.
· Collaborate with sales teams to drive fulfilment rates, address customers concern, and production capabilities.
· Develop the Replenishment and Customer Service Team, monitoring performance and making recommendations for training and development.
· Review inventory levels, stock movement, and product lifecycle to ensure efficient stock levels are maintained.
· Identify slow-moving or obsolete products and propose appropriate actions to minimize excess inventory and associated costs.
· Develop and implement replenishment strategies based on demand forecasts, sales projections, and lead times. Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
· Generate reports and apply data visualization tools to present key inventory and replenishment insights to partners.
· Find opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
· Collaborate with various teams, to align demand and supply plans.
· Provide inputs on new product launches, promotions, and seasonal variations to optimize inventory planning.
· Stay updated with industry trends, standard methodologies, and new technologies related to replenishment and inventory management.
· Proactively propose and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Experience:
· 3+ year of relevant supply chain experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing or CPG environment; or relevant transferable skills and experience
· Strong analytical ability, good judgement, and problem-solving skills
· Customer centric, with the drive for results
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to interpret large amounts of data; high attention to detail
· Experience with data visualization and analysis using Power BI desirable
· Ability to work independently, and as a team player
· Adept at working in a fast-moving environment
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral
· Strong interpersonal skills
Pay: $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
