Position: AI Product Owner (Contact Center AI) Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months
Only Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens Required
Key Requirements: • 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience. • Experience with AI-powered Contact Center solutions. • Strong understanding of Conversational AI, LLMs, AI Automation, and Chatbots. • Hands-on knowledge of Python and JavaScript. • Define and manage product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Business, and Cross-functional teams. • Translate business requirements into technical user stories. • Proactively gather requirements, challenge assumptions, and resolve ambiguities. • Drive end-to-end product delivery with Agile/Scrum methodology. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. • Self-driven, assertive, and capable of owning product decisions.
