Company Description PBY Ventures is a venture studio and management consulting firm based in West Vancouver. We are supporting the launch of a Vancouver based Robotics as a Service company. Funding, Product and Partnerships are in place.

Qualifications Executive leadership experience, ideally as a founder, CEO, or senior leader in a startup or high-growth technology company. Strong Operations Management experience, with a track record of scaling teams, systems, and processes in a technology or robotics environment. Familiarity with robotics, AI, automation, or related technology fields, with the ability to engage credibly with technical teams.

Salary 50k per year plus significant founder equity
