The Role: Business Analyst
Qualifications Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, current processes, pain points, and future-state needs. Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution requirements for engineering teams. Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business goals. Analyze business processes, data flows, APIs, and system integrations to identify impacts, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement and automation. Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements reviews while supporting Agile delivery practices. Support solution validation by participating in test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and production readiness activities. Drive business transformation by recommending process improvements, leveraging data and emerging technologies—including AI where appropriate—to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, communicate effectively across business and technical teams, and help guide projects from initial concept through implementation and adoption.
