We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team, supporting one of our major banking clients.

Type: Contract Hybrid: 3/4 days at office

Key Accountabilities Collaborate with development teams on upstream and downstream technical alignment, including API design, data modeling, payload standards, and error handling Produce high-quality artifacts such as functional specifications, sequence diagrams, data mapping documents, integration flows, and non-functional requirements Support the breakdown, implementation, and delivery of authentication services Participate in system design discussions with architecture and engineering teams Ensure solutions meet security, scalability requirements Work within Agile squads, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story decomposition Write detailed technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria Support UAT activities and assist with production incident analysis and resolution

Skills / Experience / Competencies 7+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or similar role within banking environments 5+ years of experience working with API, data sharing, and authentication applications 5+ years of experience working in Agile team Strong understanding of XML, JSON, Swagger, REST APIs, microservices Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct independent research and problem-solving Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and contributing to team success Excellent communication skills with the ability to share findings and solutions effectively

Nice to Have Development background like API related to Hands-on experience
