About the role

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Retail domain expertise and hands-on experience in Order Management System (OMS) implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of order management, replenishment processes, inventory allocation, and supply chain operations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations teams to define product strategy, drive OMS initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance order fulfillment and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the product roadmap for Order Management and Replenishment capabilities. Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of OMS solutions to support retail and distribution business operations. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into actionable product features and user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, Distribution, and Technology teams to deliver business outcomes. Define and optimize order lifecycle processes, inventory allocation strategies, replenishment workflows, and fulfillment capabilities. Partner with engineering teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, testing, and release management. Monitor product performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancements. Act as a subject matter expert for OMS and replenishment processes, providing guidance to stakeholders and project teams. Facilitate stakeholder discussions, manage priorities, and ensure alignment between business objectives and product delivery.

Required Qualifications: 4–10 years of experience in Product Management or as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning into a Product Management role. Strong experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) implementations. Mandatory experience in the Retail industry, with exposure to replenishment and inventory management processes. Proven understanding of retail or distribution-based replenishment operations. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory allocation, order orchestration, and end-to-end order lifecycle management. Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with enterprise OMS platforms and supply chain applications. Exposure to omnichannel retail operations, fulfillment, and inventory optimization. Experience managing large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives within retail organizations.
