Role: Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Downtown Toronto Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Short Summary Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in requirements elicitation and analysis for complex banking initiatives involving multiple vendors and third parties. The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving requirement discovery, clarifying ambiguities, documenting functional requirements independently, and coordinating effectively between business, technology, and external stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, and Business Banking experience is preferred. Knowledge of TSYS is an added advantage. Key Requirements Extensive experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Experience working on complex banking projects involving multiple vendors and third parties. Ability to proactively drive requirement discovery and challenge ambiguities. Skilled in creating and managing functional requirements documentation independently. Strong coordination and communication skills across business, technology, and external partners. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. Business Banking domain experience preferred. TSYS knowledge is an asset.
