Join A Team Where Your Work Makes A Real Impact Are you looking to build your expertise in a fast-evolving field at the heart of drug benefit plans? We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and curious Drug Benefit Analyst to support our operations and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions. Your role As a Drug Benefit Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and management of drug benefit plans. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the quality of analysis, adherence to processes and overall operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Support the implementation, updates and renewals of drug benefit plans Analyze and validate plan data and configuration parameters Process and follow up on operational requests in a timely manner Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation Identify discrepancies or issues and escalate to appropriate stakeholders Help enhance processes and internal tools Collaborate with Sales, Implementation and Operations teams What We’re Looking For Your background College diploma or equivalent relevant experience 0-2 years of early-career experience in a related field (insurance, healthcare, analytics, administration) (asset) Your strengths Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Effective organizational and time management capabilities Strong aptitude for working with and interpreting data Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data manipulation) Collaborative mindset with a strong capacity for learning and adaptation Proficiency in both English and French is required to perform the duties of the role, which include daily collaboration with teams and partners who operate across Canada Assets Basic knowledge of drug benefit plans or the insurance industry Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or clinical environment Advanced Excel skills (e.g., data manipulation, formulas) or exposure to SQL knowledge Why Join Us Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, and wellness coverage) Opportunity to build expertise in drug benefit plans and insurance Exposure to drug benefit strategy and plan design Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams Opportunities for learning, growth, and career development Meaningful work with a direct impact on member experience #CBM1 #LI-VS1 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization / Ce poste est actuellement vacant au sein de notre organisation. Pay Range: 46 292 - 52 078 CAD The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training.
