What you´ll do As the Senior Manager, Planning & S&OP, you will lead the Canadian Hair Professional planning organization, ensuring exceptional customer service, healthy inventory levels, and best-in-class planning capabilities across a dynamic portfolio of brands. You will lead a planning team and serve as the primary connection between the Canadian business and the Henkel Global Planning Network. As a key leader within the Canadian Supply Chain organization, you will drive business alignment, lead through ambiguity, and proactively identify risks and opportunities that impact service, inventory, and business performance. Working closely with cross-functional business partners and global planning teams, you will translate business objectives into actionable supply chain plans that support growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead the monthly demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and supply chain capabilities. Lead and develop a planning team responsible for delivering accurate demand forecasts and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and planning effectiveness. Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus plans, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies. Own supply chain planning support for innovation launches, relaunches, regulatory projects, and portfolio changes, ensuring readiness and on-time execution. Lead co-pack planning activities, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and product availability. Collaborate with global planning teams and regional supply chain partners to proactively manage supply risks and maintain high service levels. Own inventory performance across the portfolio, balancing customer service, Days on Hand targets, and Cash Net Working Capital objectives while driving actions to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including customer service, forecast accuracy, inventory health, working capital, and innovation launch performance. Lead decision-making during supply, inventory, and commercialization challenges by evaluating trade-offs, recommending solutions, and driving timely execution. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and planning effectiveness. Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus plans, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience within consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or a related industry. Demonstrated experience leading demand planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or supply chain planning processes in a complex environment. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, inventory management, and supply chain planning best practices. Experience supporting innovation launches, product lifecycle management, regulatory projects, or co-pack operations within a consumer goods environment. Experience working with SAP APO or SAP IBP. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and drive alignment across multiple functions and global teams. Proven ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment. The salary for this role is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
