Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Software Application Developer to join their Production Configuration Services team. This is a customer-facing role supporting the configuration and delivery of Crew and Operations Management software for airline clients. The position offers strong exposure to both technical problem solving and client interaction within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities: Partner directly with customers to gather requirements and understand business objectives Configure and customize Crew Planning and Operations software using Python and a proprietary rule-based language (Rave) Translate business needs into technical solutions and clearly explain design decisions to clients Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and delivery efficiency Develop and execute automated test cases using a test-driven development approach
