A University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is required .A minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated IM/IT experience .A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience working on Salesforce implementations or Salesforce-based solutions. .A minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience working in the role of Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner on IM/IT projects, including experience with business requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, user story development, backlog grooming and refinement, Salesforce integration and data exchange initiatives, and business process/workflow analysis and desig nA minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on public sector IM/IT projects.A minimum of three (3) months demonstrated experience working as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner on a Healthcare project in New Brunswick, Canada .A recognized Business Analysis Certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or equivalent.Please provide certification details and dates when certifications achieved

Demonstrated experience in coordinating and facilitating workshops discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement sessions to define, validate, and prioritize business processes and business requirement s.Demonstrated experience in documenting both functional and non-functional business requirements, user stories, and gap analysis artifact s.Demonstrated experience owning and managing a product backlog, including collaborating with development teams to groom or refine the product backlog. This includes breaking down larger user stories into smaller, more manageable tasks, ensuring each story has clear acceptance criteria, and re-prioritizing based on business needs or new information. Demonstrated experience that illustrates proficient use of Jira (or similar Agile delivery tool) for managing product backlogs, user stories, epics, tasks and requirements traceability. Demonstrated experience configuring and administering Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows and related configurations and leveraging this knowledge to document user stories and map business requirements to Salesforce data models and workflows. Demonstrated experience working on public sector or regulated IM/IT transformation initiatives involving Salesforce or cloud-based platforms, including stakeholder engagement, business process transformation, and cross-functional delivery collaboratio n.Demonstrated experience documenting or implementing enterprise data integration, identity management, address validation, communication workflows, or cross-system data exchange requirements, including requirements mapping, workflow analysis, and integration between cloud-based and legacy systems.
