Responsibilities
• Analyze customer behavior, engagement, retention, and satisfaction • Combine quantitative data with surveys and support feedback • Build customer segments, dashboards, and recurring reports • Identify recurring pain points and unmet customer needs • Measure the impact of customer-experience initiatives • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams Qualification
Required
• Recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Business, or a related field • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills • Understanding of statistics and customer-behavior analysis • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred
• Experience with surveys, segmentation, or customer research • Familiarity with Python, Tableau, Looker, or product analytics tools • Experience analyzing support, CRM, or user-feedback data • Interest in consumer technology and AI products
