🚁 Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Wanted – Aeromedical Transport | Remote Northern Canada

The Role: Join a highly skilled Air Medical Crew (AMC) providing critical respiratory care during interfacility patient transports, working alongside RNs and Advanced Care Paramedics, with On-Line Medical Control physician support.

📍 Rotational — Remote Northern Canada (fly-in/fly-out) 🗓️ Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off 💰 Base Salary: $98,000 - $123,500 CAD | Total Comp: $127,000 - $165,500+ CAD (incl. per diem, vacation pay & supplemental comp)

What You'll Do: ✅ Deliver expert respiratory care across all patient age groups during aeromedical transport ✅ Manage airway, ventilation & oxygenation in high-acuity, in-flight settings ✅ Collaborate with a tight-knit multidisciplinary crew in unpredictable environments ✅ Attend annual recurrent training at a dedicated simulation facility

Must-Haves: 🔹 Diploma/degree in Respiratory Therapy 🔹 Active RRT registration in good standing (Canada) 🔹 Minimum 2 years ICU, critical care, or emergency experience 🔹 Current BLS & ACLS 🔹 Ability to obtain MARRT registration 🔹 Willingness to work a rotational schedule in remote northern locations

Nice-to-Haves: PALS/NRP, prior aeromedical/transport experience, Indigenous cultural awareness training This role is ideal for a confident, adaptable clinician who thrives under pressure and wants to bring life-saving care to communities that depend on it most.
