Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Representative role based in Toronto, ON, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will prospect and qualify leads, conduct property showings, and manage client relationships throughout the sales and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include preparing listings and marketing materials, coordinating and attending client meetings, and negotiating offers in alignment with brokerage standards and local regulations. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with colleagues to support team targets and client needs. The Sales Representative will also participate in networking, open houses, and industry events to expand their client base and stay current with market developments. Qualifications Active or eligible real estate salesperson license in Ontario and strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and practices. Demonstrated client service skills, including clear communication, professional presentation, and relationship building. Experience with sales or business development, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and negotiation of offers or contracts. Comfort with digital tools such as CRM software, online listing platforms, email and calendar applications, and virtual meeting tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple clients and transactions. Reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings in the Greater Toronto Area. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client schedules and market demands. Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related customer-facing role is an asset; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
