Job Details: Title: Sr SRE Business Analyst Required Skills : BA with Devops /SRE Location: Toronto, ON ( 3 days onsite required) Industry : Banking & finance Interview Mode: In-person

Key Skills Required: We are seeking two disciplined and experienced Business Analysts to support client’s Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) function within the Platform Reliability, Corporate Systems team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive end-to-end requirement gathering for assigned SRE initiatives
• Work closely with requirement owners to clarify, document, and track requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Maintain strong requirements traceability from intake through to delivery sign-off
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope and deliverables
• Proactively manage and resolve requirement ambiguities before they become delivery blockers

Requirements:

• Solid background in business analysis with demonstrated experience in technology delivery environments
• Strong requirements traceability skills — disciplined in documentation and accountability
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with requirement owners and technical teams
• Experience in SRE, platform reliability, or infrastructure domains is an asset
• Familiarity with large financial institution environments preferred
