Job Description

In your role, you will be expected to:

• Collect performance data from various sources and ensure its quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against company objectives.
• Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance issues.
• Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
• Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development of forecasting models, scenario analysis, and documentation of data processes.

Your Profile

• You have relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement, or a similar role.
• You are proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Skywise, Python, or R.
• You have knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics, or performance management platforms.
• You possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in root cause analysis.
• You are able to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to different audiences.
• You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• You have experience defining KPIs and building measurement frameworks.
