Bilingual Pharmacy Systems Business Analyst / Implementation Specialist
Contract | Quebec-based | Retail Pharmacy Technology Implementation
We are looking for a Quebec-based, bilingual Pharmacy Systems Business Analyst / Implementation Specialist to support a major retail pharmacy system implementation across Quebec.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong retail pharmacy operations experience, pharmacy management system knowledge, and the ability to support teams through testing, readiness, go-live, and deployment.
Strong AssystRx knowledge is highly preferred. Kroll experience is considered a strong asset.
What you’ll do Support a Quebec pharmacy systems implementation from pilot through broader deployment. Review and validate requirements, workflows, user stories, open items, and project documentation. Support DSQ, pharmacy workflow, UAT, readiness, and go-live activities. Work with pharmacy operations, business, IT, vendor, and field teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira. Provide remote and on-site support to pharmacy teams during conversion, go-live, and deployment. Capture lessons learned and help improve readiness materials, workflows, and deployment processes.
What you bring Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and pharmacy management systems. Strong AssystRx knowledge highly preferred. Kroll experience is a strong asset. Business analysis experience, including requirements review, process documentation, user stories, and stakeholder facilitation an asset. Experience with UAT, defect tracking, readiness validation, and go-live support. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with MS Office, Confluence, and Jira. Bilingual French and English required. Must be based in Quebec and able to travel across Quebec. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, or variable schedules during deployment periods.
