This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Operations Specialist based in Canada. This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing SaaS organization focused on strengthening and scaling its Customer Success function through data, systems, and automation. You will be responsible for optimizing the operational backbone that supports customer retention, expansion, and lifecycle success. Working closely with CS leadership and cross-functional teams, you will manage key platforms, workflows, and reporting systems that enable high-performing customer-facing teams. The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and deeply data-driven, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in ensuring tools and processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with customer success strategy. Accountabilities: This role is responsible for ensuring the Customer Success technology ecosystem runs efficiently and evolves in line with business needs. You will manage systems administration, automation, reporting, and process optimization to support CS performance and scalability. Administer and optimize Customer Success platforms, ensuring workflows, automations, integrations, and configurations operate effectively across tools such as CRM and CS systems. Maintain strong data governance, system integrity, and user permissions while troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors when required. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track customer health, retention, expansion, forecasting, and operational performance. Support automation of recurring reporting and lifecycle processes to improve efficiency and decision-making. Document, refine, and standardize Customer Success processes, playbooks, and operational best practices. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Support to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Support implementation of new tools, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows across the customer lifecycle. Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Customer Success or Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment, combined with a passion for systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making. 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS environment. Hands-on experience administering business systems, CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or equivalent), and customer success tools. Strong experience building workflows, automations, integrations, and scalable operational processes. Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured, scalable technical solutions. Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail, organization, and process improvement orientation. Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, health scoring, or digital customer success programs is an asset.
