Salesforce Application Administrator Vancouver, BC (Hybrid – 50% Onsite)

Salary: $110-124K + Benefits + Pension 4 Weeks Vacation We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Administrator to support and enhance a large enterprise Salesforce environment. This role combines platform sustainment, optimization, and new project initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. What You'll Do Administer and support Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and integrated applications. Manage user access, security, permissions, workflows, and overall platform health. Lead Salesforce releases, enhancements, and feature rollouts. Support data management, integrations, reporting, and automation initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business solutions. Drive user adoption, training, and continuous platform improvement. Contribute to long-term Salesforce platform strategy and governance. What We're Looking For 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification (required). Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification (strongly preferred). Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or another Salesforce Industry Cloud (Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.). Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, automation, workflows, data management, and integrations. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable. Strong business analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills. Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying current on Salesforce innovations. Interest or experience with Salesforce AI and emerging platform technologies. Nice to Have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise projects. Experience with data migration, data quality, and system integrations. Exposure to AI, predictive analytics, or generative AI within Salesforce.
