Job description: This job posting is a remote role, however candidates are preferred to be in Canada.
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled strategist to lead and grow our CRO and experimentation programs. This role requires a mix of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and strong client-facing communication.
Our office is fully stocked, along with catered lunches - but the role does not require coming into office. We are 100% flexible to your working needs.
Responsibilities: Drive and oversee CRO programs using Webistry’s proven experimentation and A/B testing methodology. Conduct user research through Webistry’s frameworks and translate findings into testable insights. Partner closely with design and engineering teams to ensure flawless execution and timely launch of experiments. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable A/B testing roadmaps. Act as the primary client-facing strategist, providing guidance, insights, and reporting with confidence and clarity.
Required Expertise: Deep knowledge of major experimentation platforms (ex., VWO, Optimizely, etc.). Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms such as GA4, Tableau, Looker Studio, Hotjar, and equivalent tools. Proven ability to connect research, analytics, and business goals into actionable CRO strategies. Experience in running user research (moderated and unmoderated) Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
