Role
We are looking for a Supply Planning Senior Analyst to join our Supply Planning team in Calgary.
Responsibilities:

Ensures the consolidated view of the region's business, by creating and updating a supply plan aligned with the Commitment to Deliver (CTD) as defined by Commercial Front End (CFE).

Is involved in the Demand Planning Integrated Cycle, wherever required, interacting with the Demand Planners of all the Sub Business Units acting in the region, and agrees on Commitment to Deliver (CTD) and Commitment to Supply (CTS) levels considering the available resources.

Assists the CFE in order to solve critical supply issues along the Supply Chain.

Determines the replenishment within the Integrated Planning Cycle, in coordination with Demand Planning area.

Follows up and activates the supply process, ensuring all the activities required to have the material RFD in the region are performed according to plan. In case of deviations, agrees with the CFE on contingency plans.

Ensures that the necessary information on the status of the orders is available in quality and timing and interacts with IT and the source areas in case of missing or anomalous information.

Activates the deliveries, based on the Commitment to Deliver (CTD) provided by the CFE and follows up on the deviations from the established invoicing plans.

Supervises the intercompany and external purchase order processes as required, coordinates the stock management and helps to resolve supply bottlenecks.

Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with, and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related area and previous experience 3-5 years in an industrial, manufacturing environment required.

Advanced knowledge of MS tools - Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

SAP proficiency is considered an asset.
Schedule & Working Conditions:

Standard 8-hour workday, 40-hour week (Monday–Friday) with flexibility based on business needs.
