The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $75,700 - $99,300. The salary offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications.
Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a strategic, analytically driven professional to join the Customer Incentive Strategy team. This role is accountable for developing and delivering monthly vehicle incentive strategies for an assigned product portfolio, directly influencing national sales performance while managing fiscal risk.
The successful candidate will lead incentive strategy development for a select portfolio of products, presenting clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership, and collaborating across Sales and Toyota Financial Services.

What You’ll be Doing:
Strategic Incentive Planning
- Develop incentive proposals using market‑based logic, incorporating competitor activity, inventory, sales tasks, timing, and product power
- Quantify financial impact and clearly identify budget risks and mitigation
- Maintain a holistic model‑year view to optimize timing and deployment of incentive enhancements
- Conduct PDCA reviews of prior programs to improve effectiveness and financial efficiency
Cross‑Functional Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with internal stakeholders throughout the month to incorporate feedback and align on proposal
- Ensure accurate and timely communications, bulletins, and monthly reporting
Executive Presentation & Decision Support
- Create clear, concise, and executive‑ready presentation materials for monthly strategy proposals
- Develop compelling narratives that link insights, recommendations, and financial outcomes
- Present proposals with confidence and credibility, addressing questions on products, competitors, and program logic
- Ensure consistency in visuals, structure, and message clarity across all decks
What You’ll Bring:
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive business experience, ideally with an automotive OEM
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
