About the role
Join our Pricing team as a Pricing Analyst , where you’ll play a key role in bringing accurate pricing to life for our online‑only assortment. In this role, you’ll own pricing and freight calculations, perform quality checks, and help ensure pricing changes are executed correctly across systems. You’ll collaborate closely with Pricing, Merchandising, and Market Intelligence teams—making this a great opportunity for someone who’s detail‑oriented, analytical, and excited to work at the intersection of pricing, data, and operations.
What You'll Do:
- Calculate, validate, and quality ‑ check regular pricing for online‑only SKUs , ensuring inputs align to pricing rules, business logic, and governance standards.
- Work closely with Pricing Specialists to ensure approved price changes are accurately executed in downstream systems in a timely manner.
- Own freight calculation activities for online‑only SKUs , including the calculation and maintenance of freight % assumptions used in pricing.
- Support the development and enhancement of pricing tools, templates, and workflows (e.g., calculators , KNIME ‑ based processes, or Power BI outputs) that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability over time.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in current pricing and execution workflows and partnering with Pricing Strategy to evolve the future state.
- Maintain and update SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge‑transfer materials to support consistency, continuity, and scalability as online ‑ only assortment grows.
- Support project and change initiatives related to 2P pricing operations, including testing, data validation, and coordination with cross ‑ functional partners as processes and systems evolve.
- Partner with Merchandising and Market Intelligence to document and validate competitive data inputs.
- Own delivery against defined project timelines and milestones, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of pricing-related deliverables.
What You'll Bring:
- Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy, data quality, and validation in high ‑ volume operational work.
- Analytical Thinking : Comfortable working with pricing logic, calculations, and structured problem solving.
- Process Orientation : Interest in improving, documenting, and standardizing repeatable pricing workflows.
- Collaboration : Ability to work cross ‑ functionally with Pricing Specialists, Pricing Strategy, Merchandising, and various cross-functional teams.
- Accountability : Takes ownership of routine but critical workstreams and manages day ‑ to ‑ day priorities independently.
- Learning Mindset : Curious and motivated to build skills in tools such as KNIME, Power BI, and pricing platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Economics, or related field .
- 1- 3 years of experience in pricing, analytics , or operations roles.
- Experience working with data sets, calculations, and Q C processes.
- Familiarity with pricing tools, automation tools , or BI platforms ( e.g., PowerBI ) is an asset.
- Experience supporting SOP creation, data testing, or operational process improvement is preferred.

Broadband Salary Range: $23.00/hr – $37.00/hr.
Our typical hiring range is between $23.00/hr and $30.00/hr. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. We're committed to attracting top talent. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
