About the role
What To Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst, Rail Logistics in Toronto, CA to support the growth of the most advanced vehicle distribution model in the world. You will have a sharp eye for detail while also enjoy working on large-scale and complex challenges. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring Tesla is moving finished vehicles through our pipeline quickly and efficiently. Excellent oral and written communication is a must; having a positive attitude that excites and elevates everyone you speak with is equally important.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain interdepartmental relationships Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement within our network Monitor KPIs and report on findings/trends to leadership on a regular cadence Drive best practices that lead to accurate ETAs for all shipments of Tesla vehicles on a daily basis Mitigate “one-offs” by driving better system design and workflows Conduct meetings with stakeholders to align on and drive towards excellent performance
What You'll Bring
Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability 2+ years of experience in Logisitcs, Supply Chain, or similar industry Comfortability with Excel, Tableau, SQL and/or other data visualization platforms is required; experience with vehicle distribution is a plus Ability to travel up to 10% Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-driven attitude and strong organization skills Strong communication skills
