Their work supports both client delivery and internal growth. Job Description We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Intermediate Platform (Integration) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining integration and data pipelines that enable scalable and secure data flows across databases, data warehouses/lakehouses, file systems, and CRM ecosystems (such as Salesforce Data Cloud, SFMC, Acoustic, Veeva Vault CRM, etc.). You will bring a solution-oriented mindset to every engagement, evaluating the right tool and pattern for the problem at hand across our integration and data platform toolkit. What You'll Do Design, develop, test, and deploy robust integration mappings, tasks, and processes using Informatica IDMC (Cloud Data Integration/CDI and Cloud Application Integration/CAI), Workato, or similar platforms. Build scalable integrations between file systems, databases/data lakes, data warehouses/lakehouses, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva), and downstream systems. Design and support data pipelines and models across modern data warehouse/lakehouse platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Synapse. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts to translate data and integration requirements into functional, well-architected pipelines. Apply a solution-oriented mindset to evaluate trade-offs between integration and data platform tools, recommending the best-fit approach for each use case. Implement data quality checks, error handling, and performance tuning in pipelines. Support UAT, deployment, and operational handover of developed assets. Maintain documentation for developed solutions and contribute to data cataloging efforts. Participate in scope planning, code reviews, and team retrospectives as part of the end-to-end delivery. Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting existing integration pipelines and resolve issues in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: 5–7 years of experience in data integration and platform development, with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica IDMC (CDI and CAI modules). Working knowledge of Workato for integration and automation workflows. Hands-on experience with integration and data enablement across secure file systems, databases, data warehouses/lakehouses, and CRM systems. Experience with cloud data warehouse/lakehouse platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, PostgreSQL, Redshift, and/or Synapse. Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, parameterized mappings, and taskflows. Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing/lakehouse architecture, and ETL/ELT best practices. Experience working with Salesforce objects, metadata, and integration patterns. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data security concepts. A solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Hands-on experience writing SQL and shell/Python scripts. Desired: Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Additional experience with SQL and databases, including Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and other relational or analytical data stores. Knowledge of other ETL/integration platforms such as MuleSoft. Experience in the life sciences or healthcare domain. Certifications in Informatica IDMC and/or Workato. Additional Information This role is for a backfill at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $100,000 - $120,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
