Marketing Specialist - Digital Advertising 

The Marketing Specialist – Digital Advertising is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as proficiency in Google VLA’s, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Spotify Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging digital advertising channels.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of paid media strategies, and the ability to manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

This mid-level specialized position at the Bannister Automotive Group is ideal for a results-oriented digital advertising professional with a proven track record in paid media campaign management. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities for this role include:

Campaign Management:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Manage Google Vehicle Listing Ads (VLA’s), Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, Google AdWords and Meta advertising to maximize lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Design and implement strategies for TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Spotify Ads to diversify digital reach and engagement.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor key metrics, analyze data trends, and adjust campaign strategies to improve conversion rates and overall return on investment.
  • Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Track and evaluate success against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize ongoing efforts.

Budget Management:

  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to maximize campaign impact while maintaining budget discipline.
  • Optimize bidding strategies across platforms to balance cost efficiency with performance goals.
  • Work closely with brand representatives to ensure co-op advertising funds are fully deployed each month.

Collaboration and Integration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align digital advertising strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Integrate technical insights and performance data into advertising initiatives for continuous improvement.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Prepare and present clear, actionable reports on campaign performance with recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Provide strategic insights to stakeholders on digital advertising trends and new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
