As a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Solutions, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies by collaborating with clients and internal teams. A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

You have 10+ years of proven experience, either within an agency or collaborating with one, where you have developed and led strategies for clients across various industries, with a particular focus with brand, creative, digital and social strategy.

You have experience architecting and leading comprehensive digital and social media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a proven track record of using these capabilities to successfully anchor and win cross-practice new business pitches.

Deep expertise in digital innovation and advanced social analytics, with the ability to translate platform trends, community engagement metrics, and attribution models into actionable strategies that drive measurable brand advocacy and customer lifetime value.

An advanced understanding of clients' brands, businesses, cultures, consumers, and competitive landscapes.

Demonstrated exceptional abilities in identifying opportunities that enhance customer experiences and foster deeper engagement with clients' brands.

Lead the strategic process for your assigned accounts/projects, overseeing every stage from identifying opportunities to defining them, gaining insights, and authoring creative strategies.

Collaborate closely with the client team to unearth opportunities within client accounts, utilizing insights to shape both digital and creative strategy.

Work collaboratively to define campaign strategies, analyze and scrutinize client briefs and associated materials, identify core issues, information gaps, and success factors.

Conduct research to generate meaningful insights to guide strategies, drawing from diverse resources such as technology, culture, media, and competitive analysis.

Work collaboratively with SMEs and various experts both internally and externally as needed.

Provide advisory to our creative team throughout their design processes, ensuring alignment with strategy and business objectives.

Lead client presentations.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of audience, market and cultural trends through qualitative insights complementing quantitative data.

Evaluate both qualitative and quantitative research and insights into pre- and post-campaign analysis.

Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $98,600 to $136,800 CAD annually. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Bond uses AI tools during parts of the screening, assessment, and selection process, supporting a fair and efficient hiring process.
