Accountabilities: Own and optimize the revenue operations workflow from qualified sales opportunities through closed business, renewals, and account expansion, ensuring smooth handoffs and improved pipeline efficiency. Monitor sales funnel performance, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement operational improvements that accelerate revenue growth. Build forecasting models and predictive indicators to improve visibility into deal progression, renewal likelihood, expansion opportunities, and potential revenue risks. Maintain CRM data quality by overseeing pipeline integrity, opportunity management, territory alignment, routing logic, and reporting accuracy. Develop automated dashboards and performance reports that provide actionable insights for sales teams, account managers, and leadership. Support account management operations by tracking renewals, identifying churn risks, monitoring expansion opportunities, and improving customer lifecycle visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel teams, and Finance to enhance operational processes and improve go-to-market execution. Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, prioritize opportunities, and increase overall operational efficiency. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot, including workflows, automation, reporting, and CRM administration. Proven ability to analyze sales funnels, revenue metrics, forecasting models, customer segmentation, and operational performance. Solid understanding of SaaS business metrics such as ARR, ACV, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, renewals, and expansion performance. Experience using AI-powered productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot) to improve workflows and decision-making. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with evolving priorities.
