About the role

Remote (Canada, U.S. Eastern hours) | Full-Time | Up to CAD $80,000/yr

About the Role An international entertainment agency that works with globally recognizable brands in U.S. TV and entertainment is hiring an Account Manager for its Creative Operations and Systems/Process Design work. Since 2008, the agency has delivered social content, innovative products, and operational solutions for major entertainment clients. The agency has integrated AI-enabled workflows and no-code tools into its daily operations and is looking for someone who shares that forward-facing approach.

This is a high-accountability client relationship role focused on keeping client context, stakeholder needs, open questions, risks, and next steps clear across work that is often fast-moving and operationally complex. The account manager will own the operating rhythm for selected clients, turning scattered notes and vague update loops into a system clients trust and internal teams can use. AI is a core part of how this role operates, not an optional add-on. The position is fully remote with working hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time.

What the Role Covers Owning account context for Creative Operations and Systems/Process Design clients: stakeholders, priorities, history, open questions, risks, decisions, and follow-ups Running the client operating rhythm so meetings, updates, actions, blockers, and handoffs do not drift or depend on memory Turning vague client requests into clear next steps, questions, owners, dependencies, and decision points Using AI tools and workflows for meeting preparation, account research, stakeholder mapping, summarization, action tracking, client-ready drafting, and reusable account memory Writing clear client-ready summaries that make messy work understandable without overpromising or hiding uncertainty Maintaining stakeholder maps, account notes, decision logs, and follow-up trackers Working closely with account management, creative operations, AI operations, and technical colleagues Understanding creative and operational workflows well enough to challenge weak assumptions and explain tradeoffs in plain English Spotting when a client ask is really a workflow, visibility, approval, or operating-rhythm problem Helping internal teams avoid overbuilding, underscoping, or committing before the client need is clear Fostering new opportunities and growth within existing client agreements

Qualifications Demonstrable experience owning client relationships, stakeholder communication, account delivery, or complex operational conversations Strong written and spoken English with the ability to make messy situations feel clear, calm, and practical High agency with the ability to move without every next step being defined, while knowing when to escalate Structured thinking that can break ambiguous work into users, inputs, outputs, owners, statuses, risks, and definitions of done Serious interest in becoming expert at AI-enabled account management, with current real-world AI tool usage and hunger to improve Strong client presence: warm, confident, curious, responsive, and naturally good at making clients feel understood Comfortable working with workflow and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, Slack, Teams, or similar Enough systems and process literacy to understand what is being built, why it matters, and how to explain it to non-technical stakeholders

Additional Details Benefits include 33 days paid leave. The recruitment process includes a video interview, first interview with the hiring manager, a compensated technical exercise, and a final interview with the hiring manager and COO.
