What you'll be doing

As a member of the Intelligent Automation team at CIBC, you'll collaborate with Technology and Business partners to enhance both colleague and client experiences, while driving efficiencies across the organization. As a Consultant, Process Engineering within the Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (COE), you'll leverage your expertise and stakeholder management skills to improve the quality of key processes that make a real impact for our clients. You'll work closely with your team to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions that support building the bank of the future. By staying connected with emerging technologies and industry trends, you'll help shape innovative approaches that deliver measurable value.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Process Assessment – Review and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Recommend solutions and quantify their value, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Stay current with emerging technology and industry best practices to continually improve effectiveness.
  • Recommendations and Value Assessment – Present recommendations and advice on solutions, gathering data to demonstrate the benefits and value of your proposals. Consider business needs to deliver practical, actionable recommendations.
  • Delivery and Execution – Gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Build low-code/no-code solutions as needed to address business challenges. Collaborate with Enterprise Technology and Business Partners to deliver impactful solutions. Collect and analyze data to demonstrate the benefits provided to the organization.
