What You’ll Do Under direction of a Project Manager, take a lead role in coordination and completion of proposals Provide quality control in ensuring that KWL standards are adhered to by providing writing, proof-reading and formatting of reports and memos Prepare and exchange official correspondence related to project activities, including emails, reports and technical specifications Assist in the development and ongoing status of project management plans, including project budget tracking and reporting Prepare documentation for discussions, meetings, and briefing sessions, including agenda and minutes Arrange appointments, receive visitors, place, and screen telephone calls, respond to routine requests for information and make travel arrangements for project personnel Schedule and setup Teams meetings internally and externally Assist the project managers with Vision updates and reporting including contact databases, project initiations, quality management records including project deliverable tracking and project close-outs Maintain office and project record management systems for both paper and digital documents Assist Sector Leaders in planning and organizing Sector and Corporate work events Facilitate the review of client contracts for Project Managers, including arranging insurance certificates and business licences and other required documentation; correspondence with client and/or sub consultants and contractors, and arranging for signatures. Undertake other assignments that Project Managers may deem necessary Support the Branch Manager by tracking inventory and stocking office supplies, facilitating office maintenance, arranging for courier pick ups, ordering office lunches, providing orientation for new employees, planning social events, and supporting the office Health and Safety program. Perform other administrative, project support, and related duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring A positive and motivated personality! Office or Business Administration Diploma or related education Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in a construction or engineering consulting industry is preferred.
