About the role
The Sr. Analyst, o9 Demand Capabilities supports North America’s end-to-end forecasting digital transformation by serving as the subject-matter expert for enhancements to the o9 Demand Planning tool. This role partners with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, test and validate new functionality, and lead deployment and end-user adoption of new o9 capabilities. Working in an Agile-at-Scale digital pod, the role executes the forecasting product roadmap and delivers quarterly objectives in collaboration with Demand Planning, IT, Data/ML Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to increase automation and improve planning efficiency.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit and document requirements for new and enhanced o9 functionality; develop supporting process maps as needed. Evaluate how the recommended enhancements are expected to impact KPIs. Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new feature releases; document results and obtain release sign-off prior to production deployment. Develop and deliver change management plans for new o9 feature releases. Coordinate end-user enablement, including training schedules, training materials, hyper-care support, and desk-side pairing. Perform post-production validation for new releases; collect and synthesize user feedback through quarterly surveys. Create and administer quarterly NPS surveys; summarize insights and recommendations for the product/team roadmap. Lead product demonstrations for end users, stakeholders, and broader Supply Chain teams. Provide stakeholder updates on new capabilities through Sprint Reviews and other Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint goals, reviews). Recommend release timing and sequencing for promoting new functionality into the o9 production environment. Recommend configuration work assignments based on team member expertise, prior solution experience, and strengths. Collaborate with the o9 Operations SME to ensure operational readiness and that training documentation is current. Partner with Modelling SMEs during testing to validate functionality and solution performance as required.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a demand planning and/or forecasting role Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Experience in a large-scale Food & Beverage (CPG) manufacturing environment Experience with o9 Demand Planning (or similar forecasting/planning platforms) Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, user stories) Experience providing day-to-day technical and design direction (e.g., requirements clarification, solution design support, testing/UAT coordination)

New Hire Base Salary Range
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
