About the role
Consultant -UKG PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling, North America
The Consultant is a key contributor in projects involving helping clients implement and customize their workforce management technology and strategy. Consultants participate in a wide range of activities and project phases including Workforce Management (WFM) implementation, vendor selection, support, and change management and training.
This is a remote position based in Canada or the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities
project delivery

Collaborate with the project team and client
-
Provide developing domain expertise to execute all phases of a project
-
Gather business requirements, and assist with functional or technical system design
-
Configure WFM vendor product, develop integration components, execute testing, support deployment, and provide production support

Use Axsium tools, systems, and methodology effectively on projects assigned

Assist with client-facing presentation

Ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned tasks
-
Develop an understand Axsium products (e.g., Opus, Studia, Planara, and change Management); and be able to identify associated client opportunities
Client Interaction

Present and always conduct yourself in a professional manner, whether onsite with client or interacting remotely through phone, email, and other online platforms

Demonstrate the ability to navigate difficult situations in a calm and structured way and seek help if required

Understand, adapt, and act respectfully within the client’s organization and culture

Support discussions and workshops with the client

Gain familiarity with Axsium service offerings and WFM vendor landscape, and raise opportunities for additional work to the Axsium project leader

Timely and accurate submission of timecards and expense reports

Proactively provide notification of availability and adhere to project assignment hours

Comply with Axsium data security policies and Human Resources policies

Communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner with peers, leadership, and all others at Axsium

Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in the Workforce Management field with UKG PRO WFM
- UKG PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling experience is required and ideally Forecasting
- 2+ years of experience working with workforce management technologies including but not limited to labour forecasting, schedule optimization, time keeping, budgeting and task management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Ability to sell one’s ideas through discussion and presentation
- Works well as part of a remote team or on their own with minimal supervision
- Deadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multitask
- Experience working with Workforce Management Software vendors
- Attention to detail skills
- University or college degree ideally in business, computer science, information systems, or industrial engineering
- Domestic and International travel required
