Responsibilities Evaluate, onboard, and develop long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services. Provide day-to-day operational support to DSPs and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Monitor package delivery performance to ensure accurate tracking and on-time delivery. Resolve delivery-related issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure DSP compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and align delivery strategies. Qualifications Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with internal teams and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field; experience working with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) is an asset. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
