Operating within a broader organizational transformation, this role focuses on translating business objectives into executable plans, coordinating delivery across teams, and enabling end-to-end visibility across systems and processes. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in Agile delivery, digital customer journeys, and lifecycle engagement models, with a primary focus on execution, orchestration, and delivery excellence. Strategic direction will be provided by senior leadership.

This hybrid role is national in scope and can be aligned to any of our CPA Canada offices or be fully remote within Canada.

What you’ll do In this role, responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to the following: Lead project management activities for Digital Modernization initiatives, including driving collaboration and execution across cross functional teams. Own and lead end-to-end requirement discovery across Business and IT Teams, including facilitation of workshops, documentation of current/future state processes, and validation with stakeholders. Operate within an Agile delivery model, owning backlog management and facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery, clear prioritization, and continuous improvement Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements (user stories, process maps, functional/non-functional requirements). Develop and maintain project plan, track progress, and ensure deadlines are respected. Proactively manage RAID logs to avoid delays, scope creep, cost overruns or failed initiatives. Bringing visibility to project status and dependencies through consistent monitoring and reporting at all levels. Provide execution support with a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve delivery. Establish and support decision-making frameworks, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and decisions are made in a timely matter. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing transparency on project status and risks. Escalate effectively with clear recommendations, trade-offs, and business impacts. Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to map the end-to-end customer journey and identify pain points, digitization opportunities, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to align deliverables, timelines, and integration points across the digital ecosystem. Coordinate delivery across integrated IT systems (e.g., CRM, workflow tools, data platforms) to enable seamless handoffs, reduce manual workarounds, and improve service consistency. Define and implement end-to-end reporting requirements (KPIs, controls, and dashboards), ensuring data definitions and metrics are consistent across teams and systems. Anticipate downstream impacts of decisions across the ecosystem and proactively manage integration dependencies and mitigate delivery risks (environments, access, data quality, testing, and cutover), coordinating UAT and release readiness with IT and business owners.

What we’re looking for The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: 7+ years of proven project management experience Strong experience operating in Agile environments, including hands-on experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Project Insight, etc.) PMP certification is a must; PRINCE2 and Six Sigma are desirable but not mandatory. Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Experience with project management tools such as Project Insight is a plus. Prior exposure to PMO or transformation functions is highly preferred. Ability to operate both operationally and strategically, balancing immediate needs with process improvements. Experience supporting digital product, digital marketing, or lifecycle growth initiatives, with familiarity in customer journey optimization, conversion flows, and product-led growth concepts Exposure to marketing technology stacks (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) and understanding of how they support lifecycle engagement (acquisition, adoption, expansion, renewal) Working knowledge of IT system integration concepts (e.g., upstream/downstream impacts, interfaces/APIs, data flows) and ability to coordinate cross-system delivery. Comfort translating business outcomes into end-to-end reporting needs (KPI definitions, data quality considerations, and dashboard consumption for stakeholders). Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus but not required.
