Where You’ll Add Value
The Regional Sales & Marketing Analystsupports a multi‑residential portfolio by providing data‑driven insights, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations that strengthen leasing performance, optimize revenue, and enhance market competitiveness. This role partners closely with Regional Managers, Marketing, Operations, and onsite teams to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate analytics and aligned with portfolio goals.
How You’ll Make a Difference
1. Portfolio Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze occupancy, leasing velocity, renewal trends, and rental rate performance across assigned regions.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards for leadership.
- Identify variances, risks, and opportunities related to revenue, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies, concessions, and promotional campaigns.
2. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing market scans to assess competitor pricing, incentives, amenities, and positioning.
- Track regional supply/demand trends, new developments, and demographic shifts.
- Prepare market summaries to support pricing decisions, repositioning strategies, and capital planning.
3. Sales & Leasing Optimization
- Analyze lead sources, digital marketing performance, and customer journey metrics to improve conversion.
- Recommend enhancements to leasing processes, CRM usage, and customer experience.
- Support the rollout of sales initiatives, training materials, and performance benchmarks.
4. Marketing Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide data to guide content strategy, digital advertising, and brand positioning.
- Assist in developing regional marketing plans aligned with occupancy and revenue goals.
5. Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain accurate datasets across CRM, BI platforms.
- Build and refine reporting tools to support operational and executive decision‑making.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Leasing Managers, Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to understand operational realities and support performance improvement.
- Participate in regional meetings, presenting insights and recommendations.
- Support special projects such as acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio transitions.
The Expertise You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate analytics, sales/marketing analysis, or revenue management (multi‑residential experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and CRM/Yardi platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
