Title: Business Analyst Work Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) Duration: 1 year Optional Extension: 1 year Security Clearance: Consultant must have the ability to obtain: Reliability Status (required) – processed by the CLIENT if selected to hire) (Consultant must reside in Canada for a minimum of 5 years to be eligible to apply for Bank of Canada Secret Security Clearance.) Work Location: Ottawa, ON - Hybrid (required 3 days on-site per month) JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the Director, Supervision Portfolio: • Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria in consultation with business partners to align to their objectives • Facilitate and/or participate in various project workshops (e.g., requirements gathering, design, etc.) • Test software features against acceptance criteria and document results • Support user acceptance testing and end-user training • Plan and document activities for key milestones and track progress against plan • Support the development and reporting of performance metrics • Other related activities and deliverables, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills: The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills: • University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in business analysis or a related field • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience supporting enterprise IT software implementation projects • Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements, including both functional and non-functional requirements • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and analytical skills
