We are hiring Backend/Full-stack Intelligent Automation Engineers / Consultants to join our team. We welcome candidates with deep application engineering expertise in Microsoft Azure (C#/.NET), Google Cloud Platform (Python), or both. In this client-facing role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy—designing and building cloud AI solutions while translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven conversations for external client stakeholders.

What You’ll Do Lead technical design sessions with external clients and project teams as a trusted advisor. Build and integrate LLM, GenAI, and intelligent automation capabilities into production applications. Evaluate LLM performance using numerical methods and testing frameworks (e.g., Ragas, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI Evaluation). Collaborate with engineers to establish backend coding standards, testing pipelines, and reusable architectures.

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of production software development experience in C# / .NET (Azure Track) or Python (GCP Track). Hands-on experience building backend application solutions in Microsoft Azure or GCP (Not in an infrastructure or DevOps capacity). Proven experience implementing LLM/GenAI capabilities into cloud environments (e.g., Azure AI Search, Gemini via Vertex AI, RAG architectures, or agentic frameworks like Google ADK/MCP). Familiarity with software delivery hygiene, code repository management, and standard CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Strong consultant presence: Ability to communicate confidently with non-technical business leaders and articulate business ROI. Bonus Points: Intelligent Document Processing / OCR tools, serverless architectures (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Azure Functions), vector databases, BigQuery, or low-code extensions (Power Platform, AppSheet).
