We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst! This key individual should have experience supporting ERP systems, particularly within Accounts Payable and Treasury modules in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The role requires expertise in E1 Orchestrator, OpenInvoice, Power BI dashboard development, and Oracle SQL scripting for data retrieval, along with strong application support skills. The candidate will apply analytical skills while using technology and automation to solve business problems and improve processes. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting business users. Reporting to the Lead of Expense Systems Support, the Business Analyst works with customers in Finance and other departments to implement financial solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support and maintain a portfolio of financial solutions, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Accounts Payable and Treasury modules), related applications, modules, integrities, and integrations across North America and international offices

  • Maintain solutions using E1 Orchestrator and support integrations with OpenInvoice

  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports; write and optimize Oracle SQL scripts for data retrieval and analysis; perform data integrity checks and reconciliations

  • Provide user support by troubleshooting issues and assisting with the daily use of financial applications

  • Configure software, participate in development efforts, lead functional testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for Enterprise Finance solutions

  • Develop relationships with Finance application users and stakeholders; analyze business requirements, translate them into technical/financial solutions, and drive automation, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or information technology. A Business Analysis Certification is an asset

  • At least 5 years of experience providing application support for ERP Systems

  • Experience configuring ERP Accounts Payable and Treasury modules (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne), OpenInvoice, and developing MS Power BI dashboards/reports

  • Strong technical skills in application support. Proficient writing Oracle SQL retrieval scripts

  • Combination of industry and accounting experience is preferred

  • Effective communication skills throughout the organization from end-users to senior management levels. Ability to present complex concepts clearly in easily understood terms
