We are looking for a Channel Development manager / Channel sales manager to join our client in the Disaster Recovery (DRAAS), Network Recovery (Nraas), Backup (BaaS), Cloud Provider Resiliency (CPR) Industry. The ideal candidate will come from one of the following tiers of experience backgrounds

Candidates who have worked at large disaster recovery-focused cloud service providers. Candidates who have experience with disaster recovery software platforms. Candidates who have worked in cloud services providers but are more focused on data center services, understanding networking and data center operations.

JD- This role is remote and open to anyone who sits out of Canada or the USA. with 20-25% Travel to client sites/events ect.

The Channel Development Manager will report directly to the CRO and lead partner growth efforts. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, activating, and growing referral partners that generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities for the business. As a key member of our go-to-market team, the Channel Development Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop partner programs, execute joint go-to-market initiatives, and build a repeatable partner-sourced revenue engine. The ideal candidate is highly entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented, and excited to roll up their sleeves to build a partner ecosystem within a growing technology company. They are equally comfortable developing executive relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, enabling partners, and driving accountability for pipeline and revenue results. Report to the CRO Work current partner base do drive more qualified pipeline Net new, adding to the client base

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, business development, alliance management, or a related role within the technology industry Demonstrated success building and growing partner relationships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both executive and operational levels. Familiarity with disaster recovery (DRaaS) and infrastructure services Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build processes and programs from the ground up. Ability and willingness to travel ~25% of the time for partner meetings, industry events, customer engagements, and internal meeting

Direct Placement Roles: Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 per year annual salary. Base pay with OTE in addition.
