About the Role
As Digital Marketing & Loyalty Operations Manager, you’ll help guide Panago to be Canada’s most loved pizza company. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing engine — content calendar, publishing, community management, and reporting — while operating our loyalty and rewards program and the martech stack that powers it. You’ll be the bridge between brand strategy and daily execution, ensuring every channel runs on time, on brand, and backed by data. Activities & Impact
Content & Publishing: Own and execute the cross-channel content calendar, including: Social media content planning and scheduling across all brand channels Cross-platform publishing (organic and paid) aligned to campaign timelines Coordination with the creative team and freelancers on asset production Maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
Community Management: Manage day-to-day engagement across all social channels — responding to comments, messages, and inquiries — and escalate service issues to the appropriate team. Reporting & Analytics: Produce monthly performance reports across social, paid, and loyalty channels with clear, actionable insights; define and track KPIs by channel and initiative. Loyalty & Rewards Program: Administer the day-to-day operation of the loyalty and rewards program, including configuration, member communications, and coordination with product/technology on improvements or issues. MarTech & 3rd-Party Apps: Manage the marketing technology stack — scheduling tools, loyalty platform, analytics, and CRM — including configuration, permissions, and first-level troubleshooting; act as primary point of contact with technology vendors. Paid & Organic Support: Execute and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) aligned to acquisition and retention goals; coordinate influencer and creator campaigns as needed. Qualifications & Experience
4-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with direct experience in at least two of: community management, loyalty/CRM, or martech administration. Experience managing paid media budgets of $10K+ per month. Proficiency with scheduling/reporting tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar) and loyalty/CRM platforms. Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience in retail, QSR, CPG, or multi-unit franchise environments is an asset. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple channels and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Who We Are Looking For
You are a self-starter who thrives with operational ownership and minimal supervision. You have a positive attitude and bring energy and enthusiasm to every project.
