AI Transformation & Systems Manager

Calgary, AB | Full-Time | In-House Position

Engage Building Products is seeking an innovative, highly driven AI Transformation & Systems Manager to help lead the next evolution of our business operations.

This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, operational efficiency, systems integration, automation, and organizational transformation to make a direct impact across an entire company.

We are looking for someone who can move across departments, identify inefficiencies, implement AI-driven solutions, and help modernize the way we operate. This role will play a key part in integrating AI technologies into our daily workflows, improving operational visibility, increasing efficiency, supporting decision-making, and helping scale the business.

This is not a traditional IT role — we are looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver who understands both business operations and modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of AI tools and systems across all departments
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop AI-driven solutions to improve workflows and productivity
• Build and implement systems for SOP tracking, documentation, and knowledge management
• Develop AI-supported inventory forecasting and operational planning tools
• Support marketing teams with AI-assisted content generation, organization, and workflow optimization
• Create internal AI-driven training and onboarding systems for employees
• Assist in integrating and optimizing platforms such as ERP, CRM, project management, and communication systems
• Work with systems including Acumatica ERP, Go High Level CRM, and other operational platforms
• Research, test, and implement emerging AI tools, extensions, and automation technologies
• Collaborate with leadership and department managers to improve company-wide operational efficiency
• Help establish long-term AI strategy and best practices across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Experience implementing AI tools, automation systems, or operational technology within a business environment
• Strong understanding of AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, workflow automation tools, and AI productivity systems
• Experience with CRM, ERP, operational software, and systems integration
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Experience with APIs, automation platforms, workflows, or system integrations is considered a major asset
• Experience in operations, systems management, process optimization, or digital transformation is highly preferred
