About the role
Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 3-8 years of relevant BSA experience in Payment Applications in banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of wire payments, including SWIFT MT/MX, Fedwire, and cross‑border payment flows. Hands‑on experience with ISO 20022 message standards and implementation guidelines. Ability to read and interpret XML, XSD, and payment message schemas. Experience with payment hubs, core banking systems, or treasury platforms. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
