TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Capital Markets - Business Analyst (Credit or Structured Products)
Job Description
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 8+ years as a BA with hands-on capital markets experience, with hands-on ability to translate technical and business requirements
- Experience with product business knowledge in capital markets, with preference for credit or structured products exposure.
- Experience working with all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Experience with end-to-end trade workflows among the Front, Middle and Back Offices systems, including interactions with risk, finance, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server (preferred), with ability to create and run queries independently.
Nice-To-Have Skills: • Experience in capturing business requirements for building a Derivate Products Trading Application covering Trade Capture, Integration with Pricing Models. • Familiar with Trade Life Cycle for derivative products events such as Amend, Unwind, Rate Reset or Fixing Process and Realized Cashflows. • Strong knowledge of market and reference data used to price and manage credit and derivative instruments, including sourcing, enrichment, and publishing considerations. •Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and similar work management / collaboration tools used for requirements tracking, delivery coordination, and documentation.
Soft Skills Required: • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working results and supporting documents. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
