With over 100 employees, F/LIST CANADA is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.
As part of our team you will...
Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer demand, forecast, and available capacity. Monitor production progress daily and adjust schedules to address changing priorities, material shortages, or capacity constraints Control of current orders and processing of deviations Identify production bottlenecks and work proactively with operations teams to implement corrective actions. Perform capacity planning and workload balancing across work centers to optimize resource utilization. Prepare and present production status reports, backlog analysis, and recovery plans to management. Participate in continuous improvement and Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives to enhance planning and scheduling processes. Conduct capacity and production simulations to evaluate the feasibility of new programs, customer orders, and engineering changes. Provide ongoing reporting including data preparation for strategic decision-making Evaluate and implement optimization and improvement measures
You're a good fit if you have....
Completed technical or commercial education or relevant experience Experience in production planning Relevant experience with an ERP system Hands-on mentality and high dedication A structured, accurate and team-oriented way of working Ability to work in English/French (written/spoken)
